how int tl=(i+1)(j+1) why we add 1 we seen this in previous video buti cant undersatnd this case
i+1 becuase (i will be always one less than actual row no because of 0 based indexing).
same goes for j+1.
example
if i=0 than we we are taking about first row. i.e row no =1.
