What is the need of using pointer of a pointer in the matrix declaration , what would happen if I don’t and what is the alternative?

hi @hpant7563_8b950b13f3de9913, that is just a way to define 2d matrix, u can also make it as a[10][10] then a will be 10 * 10 matrix
