Since we want to stack horizontally so option B can’t be correct as it it concatinating the to matrices vertically, according to me the correct answers are option A and option D, please correct me if i am wrong?

Hey @saksham_thukral, here horizontally and vertically refer to the axis about which concatenation takes place. So when two arrays are concatenated vertically , the axis about which they get combined is horizontal. Please observe it carefully.
Hence option (B) is correct.
