Why we putting curly braces in findALL function

i have a dout why we are putting that curly braces in the findALL function when we are searching for the h1 types of heading

currently in video it is not shown as such , but there is a use of that {} in findAll function.

Suppose , you don’t want to find all the heading tags , but only the ones that have a defined class/attribute in them , so then you can state that class name /attribute name and there value in that {} like we provide parameters. and that way it works.
