Why OpenCV uses BGR format? What is the reason ?

For this to understand you need to contact opencv developers :sweat_smile::sweat_smile:.
But from google we can get that ,
It was basically because at the time when opencv was made, this format was common in the cameras and other items. Hence the developers choosed this .
