Why is this entering the condition for termination of while loop?

I have put the condition in while loop head1->next!=NULL but the code executes that condition also

@tusharnitharwal hey instead of running while upto head1 and than inside head 2 ,just run loop till minimum of length of ll and than if any point is common than ,print that.
