Why is the code showing TLE

Problem -> Array Target Sum Triplet
It runs properly on CB - IDE . But it shows
" rungurad: warning : timelimit exceeded " whike submitting it .

It is showing Compilation Successful but does not print the output on the screen. This is happening in one more question .
