Hey @hssharma2212000, which stemmer is best, there is no definite solution to this, you need to explore with the problem domain you are trying, also ‘snowball’ stemmer quite solve the problems.

Lemmatization is preferred when we want to create the root word which itself is actual word, Eg (just for understanding purpose) like jump , jumping etc may get reduced to jum using stemming which is not find in corpus, but using lemmatization it gets reduced to jump.

For third question the answer is same as that of first.
