here we are given infinite coins and out of those infinite coins , 20 coins are tails.

now we want to divide these coins into two section such that both the section contains equal number of tails.

so the startergy that we are following is
we are picking any 20 random coins. and putting it in set A.
and remaing other coins in set B.

now see if we have x numbers of tails in set A then remaining 20-x numbers of tails will be in set B .( becuase we have only 20 tails in total )

now if we flip all the coins of set A then heads will become tails and tails will become head.

intitially we have x tails in set A, after flipping we will have 20-x tails (becuase heads will be tail now).

through this we have achieved our goal.

both set A and set B will now have 20-x tails .

eact number of tails will be 10 (10 in set A and 10 in set B , becuase total we have 20 tails)
