we fix two colums and then compute max in between those two colums.

i don’t understand what are you saying.
my approach is first take all column sum combination for and in that column sum array check for max and it is the answer .

i unlok the test case and i am getting right answer for the test case for which i am getting wrong answer on the site, can you fix that
