What is the order of output

The description says output can have any order but that is not true, i unlocked some test cases and saw for myself, there is some random order,

My code got accepted on leetcode, but not here.

Please explain me how is the order of output decided.

this code is get accepted for 2 test cases
u can check this for the meanwhile
