Hello @coding123c,
HTML parser is a structured markup processing tool.
So like in the video we have scrapped the data which contains entire html of the Wikipedia page.
Now what we need to do is parse this HTM; content to useful data which we require in our data acquisition. So we create soup object to parse this HTML content. So this is HTML parser.
Now HTML which stands for hypertext markup language used for creating web pages and to parse this HTML content we use HTML parser.
