Outliers are some unique or unexpected points that lie apart from natural trend from the data pattern.
For example a feature in any data shows trend mostly from 1-100 , but you see that there is a point that has a value of 1000000 , so you can easily decide this to be an outlier .
I guess this helped you understand this.
