What if i write true in inflator
If you pass true it will get attached to parent view hierarchy and when your list becomes too long the your overall performance would be degraded because every item in list is part of the parent view now

Sir , i also have a small doubt or you can say need a suggestion , i want to build android project for resume but could not think of some noble idea or feature , The ideas like chat app and some other apps like these , every next person is making these apps and what will i say when the interviewer will ask me , why i made this app and what this has provided to the society , so i need help in this regard …
When you talk about interviews they do not look for unique or noble ideas i mean that is done when you’re in a hackathon but for jobs/internship they care about how good you’ve written the project what latest technologies have you used how many different types of apps you made etc

You should use latest technologies like Jetpack Components, Kotlin, mvvm architecture even some dependancy injection they are few of them you can explore more if you want but these are some basics that one should know.
