What does a run error mean?

i am getting tle at test case 6 (i have implemented the brute force sol) but i am also getting run error in test case 7,8 what does it mean?

eror that occurs during execution of program comes under run error.

some of the common cause->
a) u might be allocating too much memory
b) u might be accessing array by giving invalid index (index larger than array size or negative index)
