While creating runtime.txt file when I have written vi runtime.txt it’s not working.

Hello @ektashri, vi is used for vim text editor. It is generally pre-installed in ubuntu or mac. For windows we need to install it. By the way you can manually create the runtime.txt and write the python version in that. It is the same thing.
