Version for tensorflow and keras

Sir please tell the version of tensor and keras used in the project as I am getting
AttributeError:’_thread_local’ object has no attribute value.

Hey,

I used tensorflow 1.14

But for a fix you can try : app.run(debug=False, threaded=False)
