i did not understand the re initialization concept , when value of c is re initialized. pls resolve

See the concept of reinitializing the value is that you want to assigning a new value again to the same variable… For example for the case of c earlier the value was a+b which was 30 so in that case the variable c was given the value 30 but if you c to store the result of multiplication then you need to give the value again . So in that case you need to reinitialize the value of c which means assigning a new value to c. But you have to take care that you cannot create the variable again as shown in the video that you cannot do int c again as that will be a error.
