Unable to see CSV file in tabular form in terminal

I have installed pandas. Done everything exactly same as sir did and im getting no errors but im not able to see the table of csv file in the terminal

not able to view csv file , means pd.read_csv() is not working or something else?

everything is working. I’m getting no errors. Still can’t see the output in tabular form on the terminal after i write pd.read_csv()
