Unable to install jupyter themes

I have tried using the command pip install jupyterthemes but i am getting this error

are you also using anaconda ??

Yes anaconda is installed in my system

Okay like pls tell me how you installed the jupyter notebook using pip. Like if there is any issue with pip or what ?
