The link provided is not working. I tried to download the build tools from the microsoft link. But when trying to install, an error stating that a setup package or file is missing occurs.(Doesnt resolve by selecting download packages from internet ).

Hi @rehan123mahajan_da9155725078172c Try installing it using the following command:
conda install -c conda-forge scrapy
- you need to have anaconda installed on your device
