I have been unable to install Mingw. I went to cb.lk\compile but instead of a zip file being downloaded an exe file was downloaded. I installed that but I do not think the entire file has been installed. Could you please help me out with this ?

I had installed Mingw earlier but it was not working. So I had uninstalled it and now when I am trying to Install it again I am not getting the interface in Sublime as shown in the Pdf.

Sublime may have updated since then
