i dont understand what the question want to say, give me a brief description of it

you will be given two numbers (contains only 0 and 1)
and you need to generate the third numebr using these two given number.

and the procedure to get third number is if ith digit of both the numbers are different then ith digit of new numnber will be 1 otherwise 0.
