at 6:46 in this video if there are no movies of a certain length then the value of that length should be 0 right?
but by writing
except:
freq_title[length]=1
we are giving it a value of 1 instead of 0

We are giving value 1 instead of 0 because one title of this specific length we are searching in dictionary exists due to which we came to except block.
