in training set what does x0 represent , does this represent the bias value, and in the question in weights vector there is a comma before first value, is any value missing or its a complete question.

Hey @saksham_thukral, yes x0 is referred to bias term. so W =[,0,-1,2] and b = 1 initially.
You need to implement the small code to get the results, since single perceptron network is same as logistic regression, you can make changes in that to look like this,
