how to get maximum accuracy
I have tried by using Decision Tree and Random Forest but still getting 80 percent of accuracy

Hey @monika, 80% is maximum achievable accuracy with Decission Trees. If you want to achieve more, you need to do extensive feature engineering and to know how to do that, you need to read online notebooks available on kaggle for this actual challenge. As if for now, you may proceed with the course.
