in 3NF example,after spliting tables according to 3NF in order master table,order ID is dependent on order date,then why didn’t we further split it up to make it mutually independent?

its looking from the Data available but n real life this is not the case ,there can be multiple orders on the same date. Hence we haven’t splitter it .
