TEST CASE 7 NOT PASSED

This is my code. I don’t know if there is any simpler method to do this, i am using string, and i am doing the exact steps that we will do if we multiply two numbers manually. CB says test case 5,6,7 not passed. But for my compiler, only test case 7 gave wrong answer. Please help me where am i going wrong, if my code is too complicated, then please help me with a simpler approach.

output should contains 24 zeroes but your code contains 23 only
