Subsequence using Recusion

I want to print the subsequence of arrays, But not getting exact results . What mistake I have done??

a) ur base is not correct
b) in ur base case u need to print array value indexed from 0 to j-1.

also u can use bitmask tecnique to print all the subsequemce of array.
