String input more than one character

Good evening sir,
if i am write a “” hello_world! . “” then give output is hello_world!
but accordig to my code input a char but take only one character at one time and then again take a input by user again until .
according to me if i am write hello_world! . then print h bcz char memory is 1 byte and then take a input by user not read sentence one time

If you write hello_world! .
Then what output are you expecting?
