Hello.
I’ll like to ask if there are instances or reasons why a command may not execute using my Juypter notebook, so far I have followed all illustration/teaching accordingly and my commands were executed as shown however when it came to removing a cell using the command; # Esc , DD and also adding a cell block #Esc, A these two commands were not executed as I followed the teachings through, if you could kindly shed more lights on situations where a command may not be executed and what may cause this situations to arise.
