Hello @adilmd498, yes the second row doesn’t have any zero and yes it is the part of the pattern. Pls try to understand the given pattern. The odd rows will always have all the values equal to 1. And for even rows the starting and the ending nos. will be 1 and the rest other will be zeroes. So pls see in that view in the second row we put the first and the second no. as the 1 and tried to put all the other nos. as 0 but unfortunately there is no no. but it is ok we are following the pattern. Try to see in that view, it will be clear to you .
