Where can I get the solutions of this quiz?
Almost all the questions had sections which were not taught or mentioned in the video? Why is that?

the solutions to quiz questions are not like that provided somewhere , although you can ofcourse search the internet and get them done ,but that won’t be good as you know.
And coming to topics in quiz , all the questions are related to the topics which had been in someway taught or introduced to you in the videos, if not exactly the same function but may be something similar to it would have surely been introduced to you. Other than that, while learning from videos you need to look over other options or substitutes to perform that particular task. A simple form of self learning .
So , just try them , and things that you can’t understand ,just raise a doubt in discussion forum and we will help you out of it.
Other than that,if you can understand on your own , that will be best.
