sir i have searched in google and got the answer as : by adding

sir i have searched in google and got the answer as : by adding cv2.data.haarcascades+ loacation . it worked for the time.but now detectmultiscale is not working.After searching in google i found that the given file is tree based. but we have done working in another type which can be used without adding cv2.data.haarcascades. sir please let me know how to work with theese type of files

Check whether you frame variable is not empty using frame.empty() method.
