Scoring Errored!

Hi! Whenever I am uploading the generated txt file, I am getting “errored” issue. Not sure what might be the issue, as I am using standard python file writing methods. The code is available at https://ide.codingblocks.com/s/297688

Generate the txt file with and without encoding as well. Both are giving same issue
