Score in test is NA

Recently I gave the quiz on Logistic Regression, but the score is NA. Could you please tell if it is a technical glitch or if there is a reason behind it?

There must be a technical glitch. It will be resolved in sometime.

It has been nearly 2 weeks and the score is still NA. Could you please look into this?

The same happened to be when I gave the test using android…but its fine when on pc.
