Roe wise and column wise array problem

can u please explain me in the code how the values of row and column wise add like which column is running and along with which box sum is adding

in line 18 ->
we are iterating columnwise and adding result of previous row to current cell to get the overall sum of column till current cell.

in line 22->
we are iterating columnwise and adding result of previous row to current cell to get the overall prefix sum of till current cell.
