Because neither I am not able to find this .
But the same question is available on hackerrank.

No the question on hackerrank is different. Yes, the question is on Hackerblock. Prateek bhaiya is teaching from there only.
The question is that there are students who either choose R rocks, S scissor and P paper,
now we have to find the probability of each, ie, the rock wining the game, scissor winning the game and paper winning the game.
