Regarding submission format

i know how to do this problem but cant understand how to submit my code and which csv file i have to upload?
is it like this that i have given a csv file containing id’s and i have to open that csv and get that id’s and make csv of jokes corresponding to that ids?
also dataset given in downloads is not downloading

firstly welcome to the community.

and for your doubt.
You don’t need any dataset , just scrap the jokes of all those ids.
prepare a new file as

ID, respective joke
ID, respective joke
ID, respective joke
ID, respective joke
…
…
…
…
…
ID, respective joke

in this manner and then submit this.

You will get your score.

can i choose any id’s of my choice or i have to do only for those id’s which are given in testcases?

just those that are there in that file.
