where we will initialize the p as in this video, p has been used in the for loop without initialization.

Can you tell me the name of the problem for which you are asking the code? Also if you can specify the time stamp(where you didn’t get the concept) will be time saving too.

I have watched the video, as p is the precision value (i.e., if p =3 then in that case it will be precise upto p decimal place of number [0.1, 0.01, 0.001] ) We have initialized it in main function when we were calling the function.
