I am receiving a system error when i am using the haarcascade. I read online as to how i can overcome that error and uninstalled and reinstalled the mentioned version of opencv but still I am getting the same error. I am sharing the drive link for the same for you to decode if there is any error in my code. Please help me out

Then the files that you are using are corrupt , kindly work with other files .
You can search more on internet.
The files are the ones I have downloaded from the train and test data links
They might have uploaded the wrong files by mistake you can try other files.
If you can’t find them ,
I would suggest you to try with opencv version 3.4.0.
