Range of integers in case of unsigned/signed bits

So I saw the video on datatypes, and I am confused what is going to be the range of integers in the two cases, signed as well as unsigned.
From what I have understood, I think it should be as follows:

4000×1581 899 KB

Please correct me if I have got it wrong.
