Answer to Q8 can be a.resize() option b as well I think, and answer to Q9 is wrong since np.concatenate((a,b),axis=0)) is concatenating the arrays vertically(column-wise) but we are asked to concatenate the arrays horizontally and can you please explain the answer to Q10? Moreover, some concepts required to solve the questions have not been taught in the previous lectures.

Yes you are right about question 8.
Again You are right about question 9 too , will ask the mentors to get them changed.
and about question 10 , the question wants is that which of the command works that changes the values of index first with values of index third.
for example an array = [ 1,2,3 ]
SO , from this which commands will change it to [ 3,2,1 ].
Just try those commands and check the results.
