Question regarding coding interviews

do the initial rounds of tech companies allow usage of stl ? like in our college samsung didnot allowed stl usage and i see that graph videos dont have any non-stl implementation

All the companies allows STL uses in their coding rounds but they can definitely ask the implementations in interview rounds.
