whats is counting sort method, we have not been taught in this tutorial , so i surfed the internet but still the code isnt being accepted…
so can u explain what is actually being asked

there is some issue with checker of this problem, it is not giving any verdict

sir in many other challenges under Sorting and Searching even when my code compiles and tests correctly…when i submit the good it is rejected under TLE.
