sir, I want to know how the choice function works as it can give random number in a given range. it would be a great help if you may tell me the algorithm for it

There are many algorithms to generate random numbers, that is part of different course no need to go in that depth. Also can provide you with the very basic one, we can get the current time, and than select the number of digits we are looking for and place the decimal after that.
