In the beginning of video:
P1,P2,… should be the probability of reaching {0,0,0} from S1,S2,… but sir has told it is the probability of getting S1,S2,… from initial state.
Why??

P1,P2,… should be the probability of reaching {0,0,0} this is not true
P1, P2 etc are probabilities of reach a given state from any previous state in the network
