As we have picked 20 coins from infinite number of coins then how the assumption is taken that all x tails are present in that 20 coins(as 20-x is did in solution ) from infinite number.
Problem in picking coins
You are supposed to split the coins in two piles such that each pile has equal amount of tails . You can perform 2 operations in order to create these piles
1)You can move the coins from one pile to another
2) You can flip the coins thus making head to tails and vice-versa.
In the question it is given that there are a total of 20 tails out of infinite coins. So if you separate any 20 coins. And say if in that 20 coins 17 are tails and 3 are heads. Then in the remaining coins only 20-17 ie. 3 tails would be there. Now if you flip all the coins in that 20 coins, you will get 17 heads and 3 tails. Which is same as the number of tails in the remaining coins.
