if ill give the array as { 2,1,1,1,0,1,1,1,0,0,1,2 } then this will not give me the correct ans why

if I’ll give the array as { 2,1,1,1,0,1,1,1,0,0,1,2 } then is this algorithm will not give me the sorted answer
