Hey @rajukumarbhui, you have to do fine tuning, this means you need to freeze weights of initial layers. Second thing, always prefer to use sklearn train test split. Third you have not use Resnet50, preprocess_input function for the preprocessing which needs to be done before passing to resnet50.
Make this changes and hopefully you will get the accuracy.
